KRONE Communications Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 11, 2008, inter alia, has proposed a dividend of Rs 2.50/- per share (25% per equity Share, par value Rs 10/-) amounting to Rs 1,15,00,000/- subject to approval of members at the annual general meeting.
